cannot see 'Keep me updated' button in forum

P O	Tuesday 21 April 2009 7:50:39 am Hello. I have a problem in that I cannot see the 'Keep me updated' button when I am adding new forum topic, although I am logged in as an admin. I didn't change anything in templates. How can I access that button? Thanks in advance.
