Add class after installation

Now I have installed ezPublish and I can't find where I can add packages. I try to find both in Google and ez.no, but I don't find anything! Anyone can help me? Thank very much!

In eZ 3.7, you will find the packages Under setup > packages. Then select the addons repository.
