4.0 loads base/pagelayout.tpl instaed of the one in plain

Hello,

we have just upgraded from 3.10 to 4.0, admin works fine but it loads the pagelayout.tpl that's in the base instaed of the plain dir
4.0 that doesn't work
1 pagelayout.tpl <No override> design/base/templates/pagelayout.tpl
3.10 that works...
pagelayout.tpl pagelayout.tpl design/plain/override/templates/pagelayout.tpl

4.0 fixes some old bugs in the override system, one of the things that has changes is that overrides (overrides in override.ini) have to be in /override and those templates that don't have an override needs to be placed in /templates.

So do you have a override in override.ini for this pagelayout?
