Upgrading from 3.9 to 4.3 documentation in cluster mode

In documentation page (http://doc.ez.no/eZ-Publish/Upgrading/Upgrading-to-3.10/from-3.9.x-to-3.10.y) I can read: "The upgrade procedure described below is generic and does not cover any specific cases. If you are running eZ Publish in a clustered environment, refer to the developer documentation for upgrade instructions." The link to the developer documentation is not working: http://pubsvn.ez.no/nextgen/trunk/doc/features/3.10/cluster_enhancement.txt Anyone knows where is this now? Thanks! Javi
