translation error - url alias problem?

I have a website that has been working correctly for 3 months, but recently, when we have been adding English translations to the French pages (main language is French), the English pages present an error when linked to though their url_alias (full text url). The error is "Module not found" (Kernel (20))

However, if I try to access these pages in with their "id" url (/view/full/PAGE_ID), they appear correctly. How can I fix this so that the English pages can be linked to with their url alias?

What is strange is that the majority of pages on the website that have translations work correctly. This error has only appeared on more recent translations... Are any words restricted in EzPublish?

I have already tried to clear the cache without results...

Hello,

Which eZ Publish version are you using?
Did you try to run updatencieurls.php?

cd to/your/ezpublish/root/path
php bin/php/updateniceurls.php -s <your_siteaccess_admin>

You are using different subdomains or URIs for each language, right?

If not, then evey translation must have its own siteaccess and address (en.example.com or example.com/en).

If yes, then there was a bug in 4.0 regarding url alias translations. It was fixed in 4.0.1. Maybe you should try upgrading.
