"Share" a saved draft

Is there a way to do this without copying the file to a "staging area" and without using a multi-tiered workflow (content-creators --> Editors --> Webmaster workflow). Ideas ??

I am not sure if others could edit the page using this method. What I did was to create a draft section and changed the section to that.

I developed an interface to change the section of a node... not sure where is it right now, but have a look at easyadmin, I might have put it in.
