Setting-up Workflow

Hi all,

-Out of curiosity, is there a doc that simply describes *how* to setup a user approval workflow from start to finish?

I read the reference/workflow_events/approve page and although it was interesting, it didn't explain how one sets the system up so that one user creates and another approves. Anyone have a good reference for this?

in order for a setp by step guide. It's for 3.4 but not a lot has changed since then with these features.
