After the rssimport cronjob(/usr/bin/php -C runcronjob.php) is executed, is the case cleared (like when you publish a normal article) so that the changes appears on the output page.

Yes, the RSS import utilize the same functions as other content publishing.
This means you can setup workflows on the RSS import as well iff you'd like to.
