Problem with ISBN-standard

Stefanie Salbaum	Wednesday 22 November 2006 1:39:32 am Hi. In 2007 the definition of ISBN will be changed to a new format consisting of a bigger number of characters than the former (actual) definition. Here is the problem: Customers of us use an older version of eZ publish (version 3.6.11). Trying to change the values of the ISBNs, I found that there's no way to save the changes. The system won't accept values complying to the new standard. Is there a way to update just the ISBN-datatype, so that I can use the new standard without updating the whole system? Any help greatly appreciated! Thanks! Steffi
