Patch package type

It is there because of package.ini.[PackageSettings].TypeList[patch]=Patch setting. Is this "patch" package type used by eZ publish network services? The setting was added to trunk in 2003 (rev. 4192) but appear to be a small glitch. We don't have any patch package handler. No, the "patch" package type is not used by the eZ publish network service.

The setting was added to trunk in 2003 (rev. 4192) but appear to be a small glitch. We don't have any patch package handler.
