OE + title + w3C validator

It seems that whenever I use title tag (eg: <h4>..</h4> or <h3>...</h3>) I get an anchor in the XHTML source code of my objects. So, the w3c validator outputs this: http://validator.w3.org/check?uri=http%3A%2F%2Fwww.linuxorable.fr%2Fez_publish%2Findex.php%2Flinuxorable%2Fdocumentation_ez_publish%2Ffeatures_fonctionnalites%2Fcronjobs_les_taches_cron%2Fthe_cronjob_scripts_les_scripts_des_taches_cron&charset=%28detect+automatically%29&doctype=Inline&ss=1 I don't understand where do come from these anchors ? I don't understand where do come from these anchors ?
