Can we have more than one forum on one website?

Yep, in 3.9 you can also group several forums together with the forums class.

You can still group several forum classes inside a folder class, the only thing the forums class in 3.9 does is presenting several forums a bit nicer and more informativ compered to a folder.

Thanks, so this means we can do multiple forums on one website.

Let assume I got two forums:

1. Forum 1
2. Forum 2

Created two different roles and policies for them and assign them differently to two different user groups "forum1 users" and "forum 2 users". Just want to know how the system will deal with two different types of forum users when they will register from the public site.

How the system will put the users into the respective groups.

Cheers.
