Meta tag creation?

One thing I do not see mentioned in the documentation; is it possible to create a unique title and metatags for new pages? It is pretty important to me that I'm able to optimize individual pages with appropriate title and metatags (for example, Meta Description). Is this possible in EZ Publish 3? Or, if not, is this capability something that I could create with the aid of the SDK? Thanks

eZ publish will automatically generate the title and meta tags for every page. This is done in the template so you can customize how the tags are generated. You can see the default behaviour on ez.no.
