Location fails to get set

Its happening on a few different sites, 4.2.0, 4.2011 and I have seen the problem with an article creation also. Perhaps related to MySQL or a specific PHP version? Has anyone else experienced this? www.dbinformatics.com.au We are always interested in hearing from experienced eZ PHP programmers and eZ template designers interested in contract work.

Ok, first ideas...

Is your server under heavy load?

Are you using myisam oe innodb?

Do you get some error messages about failed transactions in the eZP logs?
