For restricted access: First you need to set the right permissions: a user or group (perhaps guest) which is allowed to read the content - anonymous role should not be able to read the content. So the content isn't shown any more without login. For example you can a new section to a new subfolder "internal" and only the guest user group is allowed to read that section. For login: In my plain install there is a "login"-link in the right top. You can change that in the admin interface: Design -> Toolbar-Management. (I don't know if this are the rigth labels - because my admin interface is in German at the moment.) Now, if someone wants to read that content he is redirected to user/login where he is able to login or to register if not registered yet. Perhaps you can look in the old documentation which is much more like a tutorial then the new technical documentation. Have a nice day Thomas
