Giving new locations to a node and it's children

Jorge estévez	Friday 13 June 2008 4:21:57 pm Hello to all, I would like to locate a node (and it's children) in several categories, I manage to set the several locations of the "main" (the parent) node but cannot select the node and it's children also. version 3.10 Is there any way to manage the whole tree to a new location without copying of course. thanks! Piotrek Karaś	Friday 13 June 2008 9:38:54 pm Jorge, As of now, I don't think there exists a solution of that problem in eZ Publish. I guess what you're after is a system similar to links in the linux OS (where new node locations include the child structures), this is a dream/request of many eZ Publish users. Two ways of coping with that problem know to me are: 1) Copy subtrees (requires separate management from that moment on). 2) Create structure copies by manually creating node locations for each node. So it seems to fall with scenario #2 in my list above. Nice submission, though. Any eZ 4.0 version?
