I have had a question in the installation forum for well over a week and the only reply I have had was just asking questions on something that i had already covered. I answered to make my points clearer and I still havent had a reply. How do you get help for this product? I dont want to sign up for support just so i can test a product, I might not want to use it after i have eventually got it installed. The problem i am having seems like a major problem but no one seems interested. Is there another forum somewhere where i might find help as the community here seems very quiet which is a real shame, compared to other open source software like OS commerce for example!!
