Hi,
wouldn't it be a good idea to display the whole thread in the reply-form of the forum, not only the first item? In most cases, replies refer to the previous posting, not necessarily to the first item. Therefore it would be useful to see the last postings as well. I'm sure we all know this from other internet forums as well.
