ez publish as e-commerce site

Jacek S	Wednesday 18 April 2007 5:20:07 am I have to choose a technology to build specific e-commerce site(B2B, custom behavior). Because I have developed several ez publish sites I thought about using it. But I have never been using shop module. Could someone show me a working e-commerce site built with ez publish? I think, at some point in the future, I will have to make automatic orders and users data transport from shop to another IT system(crm and sales system/invoice generating). Will it be easy achievable with ez publish? Can ez publish generate for example xml data?

Some of them have third-party systems integrated. You can of course generate XML data with eZ Publish, by using custom templates/ extensions. There are also some contributions and commercial add-ons around doing such integrations. For example: http://ez.no/community/contribs/applications/tinyerp_connector__1 I am as well working on an e-commerce project based on eZ. Though still struggling with some details I still believe that it is the right choice. :) Good luck! Silke
