Hi!

is it safe to ommit the ezsession table and the cache directory during backup of a ez site?

You can ommit cache freely. At least I can :)

I did it several times and everything worked O.K. But you cannot omit the storage dir cause all the pictures are stored there.

But if you omitt the cache when you resotre the site from the backup the loading pages will be a little bit slow in the start.

k thank you! and what about de ezsession table? it's about 200 megs on a site a manage...

Hi,

you can go into (3.5) admin->setup->sessions there you can remove old/timed out sessions
