Hello,
I just discovered ezPublish and I am very interesting.

Is there a way a way to download a printer friendly manual for ezPublish
(user manual & sdk) ?

Hi

look at http://ez.no/developer/ez_publish_3/documentation .
If you have instaled ez3, you will find this on <server>/manual and <server>/sdk.
I don't know of any printabled documentation, except in boxed editions of ez3 http://ez.no/products/power_tools/boxed_edition/ez_publish_3_boxed_edition_
