If I remember you got the answers on all questions given by eZ Community. eZ publish has some requirements you need to know at least some of basic at web development and be a little familiar with programming language like PHP. There is also a wide range of support in the eZ systems offer and the partners. Perhaps you can use payable services the you will have guarantee that all your problems are solved.
