'Date created' missing from articles when creating packages

Hello!

I created a content object package from an eZ 3.5.0 installation as described in the technical_manual http://ez.no/doc/ez_publish/technical_manual/3_9/features/packages/creating_new_packages with the difference that I excluded the 'Include class definitions'.
There is a folder with 3 articles:
a - from 2005
b - from 2006
c - from 2007

When I import the package to a 3.9.3 installation, articles are not having the 'real' date of creation, but the date when I export/import:
a, b, c - are now from 2008

This makes it difficult to: 1) sort articles 'by published', because all of the articles have the same date and 2) display the original date of publication/creation.

How can I solve this problem?

Hi,

Your problem can be solved on couple different ways. Depends how many contentobject do you want to import. If only 3, then you can update published column in ezcontentobject table in DB manually. If you have many contentobjects then additional hacking is require ;)
