Hello to all, I’m into this huge project in where a company has many hotels.
We need to build up a web/extranet page that will have for each hotel and the company:
1. A web site
2. An extranet So I was taking into consideration building up an ez project using one data base and many accesses, where each hotel (and company) will have its own URL to access the web site and the admin site (allowing to modify only it’s data). The main objective with one database behind every hotel is to allow the company access all the business information of all it’s hotels and thus not needing to implement any complicated mechanism to transfer information and also allowing the hotels to access the company supplies. The company has more than 10 hotels At this point… I will have at least 10 hotels, at least 2 languages for all, I am in the middle of planning the project…
Has anyone tried something like this?
Am I in the right road to achieve this task or is there another better way?
Any suggestions will be much appreciated. Please comment before I start coding. Thanks
