Hi,

I'm starting a setup of a new site with multiple languages. So far no problems, I have a base ezwebin install with a selection of few languages. I've setup my site as an extension and added overrides for design and settings files.
I would be interested in hearing any suggestions, tips or any other advice on setting up multilingual website.

Thanks!

Basically two approaches work for us:

1) one structure, object translation: for identical/similar structures (20% cases).
2) separate structure subtrees for each language version: for language versions that may differ or are managed by completely different groups of users (80% cases).

Approach 1 works fine since the introduction of multilingual URLs and class translations, but is definitely much more demanding when it comes to end-users.
