This is possible, with the Wait until date workflow event ( http://ez.no/doc/ez_publish/technical_manual/3_6/reference/workflow_events/wait_until_date ) and the Unpublish or Hide cronjob ( http://ez.no/community/forum/developer/unpublish_by_date/ , http://ez.no/community/forum/setup_design/timing_of_an_article/ ).
