Is there an archive function for ezPublish?

I.e. a seperate section for keeping outdated articles away from the recently written articles?

I don't think so. There's a feature for unpublishing articles but those won't be available at all, I think.

Oh, ok. I was hoping for an archived system too.

Umm another question (because i love questions :P), is it possible to show the latest news articles on the homepage? I know it shows it on the right. I've had a look at the demo version, but i didn't really know where everything was, or have the time too scoot around and see properly.

I hope it's all very customisable - with menus and things?

Hi Matt,

All things which you mention in your post are available in eZ publish. Using eZ publish template language you can display latest news on home page (look at ez.no home page), create news archive, customisable existing menu, or create new one for your needs. See also eZ publish references http://ez.no/products/ez_publish_cms/references

I suggest to start from reading eZ publish tutorial "Building an eZ publish site". This will give you some basics.

You will see what you can do with eZ publish when you will get some experience ;)
