On-line Shop - Shipping per country and Payment Options

Hi

I have been looking for a method by which I can calculate shipping rates based on both the weight of a product (and other attributes such a size if possible) and the destination country. Does anyone know of a module that I could use or has anyone already made these changes?

I am also looking for the ability to provide the user with a choice of payment options such as paypal, cash on delivery and a bank transfer. I realise that there are modules for these individually but would like to provide a screen in which the user can choose.

Any tips in the right direction would be greatly appreciated.
