Hi, I want to install the eznewsletter package 1.5.2,
* eznewsletter_site.ezpkg
* newsletter_structure.ezpkg
* ezapprove2.ezpkg
* ezlabel.ezpkg
* ezmailimport.ezpkg
* eznewsletter.ezpkg
* eznewsletter_builder.ezpkg
* eznewsletter_classes.ezpkg * eznewsletter_designs.ezpkg
During the process of installation "eznewsletter_structure" poses a equestion to me: in which node I do want to install Newsletter - subtree? Or should that be installed? Thank you.

Hi, you can skip the newsletter_structure package. Its only for setting up a specific hierarchy when using it standalone.

Hi, <b>Tobias</b> I want to install the <b>eZ Newsletter 1.5.2</b> with <b>eZ Publish 3.9.2</b>. After read some posts about it, I have also some questions:
<b>1)</b>. The eZ Newsletter could not be installed via package manager into an existing eZ Publish site?
<b>2)</b>. If the eZ Newsletter can be installed via package manager into an existing eZ Publish site, how to deal with the file <b>index.xml</b> and the file <b>/thumbnails/eznewsletter_site.png</b>. <b>3)</b>. Have you finished the the the guide on how to install the eZ Newsletter on an existing eZ Publish site? I'm looking forward to see it. Regards, OnlyBlue

Hi, 1.) Unfortunately that is not possible yet. But we are looking forward for a better process there in the future, to have one package to rule them all. 2.) You don't need those two files, they are only needed by the setup wizard. Also because the tar format had some limitations you can't just extract those. You need to get the recent stable from svn currently. 3.) Working on it. Some higher prioritized tasks and other things prevented this for last month. Sorry. But it will come soon. Cheers

I try to install the eznewsletter 1.5.2 on eZ Publish 3.9.2 according to the <b>INSTALL.txt</b>
1. Copy the extension <b>newsletter</b> into ./extension/ directory.
2. Import the the SQL in sql/newsletter.sql
3. Add <b>ActiveExtensions[]=eznewsletter</b> to the ActiveExtensions list in /settings/override/site.ini.append.php
4. Replace <b>Match[class_identifier]=newsletter_issue</b> with <b>Match[class_identifier]=article</b> within ./extension/eznewsletter/settings/override.ini.append.php,
5. Clear all the cache. 6. Refresh browser. But I don't find any change on administrator interface. Am I missing something? Thanks! OnlyBlue

Any news? The issue for "Documentation on how to install eZ Newsletter on an existing site" is closed (http://issues.ez.no/IssueView.php?Id=11219&ProjectId=7&Anchor=Comment254059), with the last comment being "will be published soon"
