Unable to add new items to eZFlow Block after 1.1.0 Update

Hi,

After updating from eZ 4.0.3 to eZ 4.1.0 and eZFlow update from 1.0.0 to 1.1.0, i' ve the following problem:

Maybe anyone has an idea, what the problem could be!?
