problem with ezfind 2.0

kamal kamal	Tuesday 05 May 2009 4:14:01 am hello I have a problem with ezfind 2.0 I installed CentOS ezfind2.0 in and I install the java and more indexing but when I run the query in the backoffice frontoffice it or not there is like nothing ezfind no longer works I have always the following message (no results were found while searching for <ma recherche> Search tips * Check spelling of keywords. * Try changing some keywords eg "car" instead of "cars". * Try more general keywords. * Fewer keywords result in more matches. Try reducing keywords until you get a result. ) so please if you have a solution send it in the next opportunity and thank you very much.

Then make sure, the ezsolr-daemon is running. Next verify, you can index content and ezsolr gets the content and created index-files. Last check whether submitting a search request (search / advancedsearch) creates a 'select' hit on solr. The most obvious reason for this is, that no content has been indexed (correctly). How did you index the content (updatesearchindex, updatesearchindexsolr) ? Have you excluded any content-classes from the search-results? Is your template-syntax correct (content/search, ezfind/search, attributes, class-limitations, brackets, ...) Let me know how you installed ezfind and what version of ezPublish you are using ... Hope i can help you out. First of all make sure, the ezfind extension is installed.
Then make sure, the ezsolr-daemon is running.
