Look at the code (svn only, no release yet) of ezworkflowcollection on projecst.ez;no. There is a worflow event that does that...

Do you have a documentation of your extension? Because I would like find quickly what i'm looking for. I want to retrieve the parent_node_id of an article which is in the collaboration list. Is it possible with your extension Gaetano?
