Workflow error "Empty body memento in workflow.php"

Unfortunately, I have found an error today :/ I can't figure out why it doesn't work correctly. When the cronjob is running I have an error: "Empty body memento in workflow.php" Can somebody tell me what is the reason of that? http://ez.no/certification/verify/272582

I'm trying to get approval workflow working in eZ Publish 4.0 and get exactly the same error message:

Is this a bug?
