I have a multi-language site on ezpublish 3.8. If i create a user in one of my site access, I cannot access it in the other site access. Normaly the user should always be accessible in both language without having to translate it.

The big thing is that I don't want to set the ShowUntranslatedObject to true because I don't want to show other object, only the users object.

any ideas??

Thank you

3 days without any reply???

There should be someone with the part of an answer in the ez community!?!?

again, here are the big lines of my problem

- eZ Publish 3.8
- Multi-language web site
- If I create a user in the English language, I cannot access his information in the other language
- ShowUntranslatedObject=true is not a solution
- All my Users have 2 child and they must be accessible in both language too

someone in my team thought that if an object have all his translation option disable for each attribute then the object should be accessible from all the siteaccess but that don't seem to be the case

so now I need some help please...

Thank you

Did you try the 'Default object availability' option on the class ?

Ok, now the Default object availability option is set to Available for the user and for its children. This is now solved. Thank you André

But... I have another little problem.

I've just create my user in the english language. when I try to access it in my other language, trough this path "fre/content/edit/1258" ez publish create a new draft in french and it should be in english and i can't see the information. well, i'm not 100% about the draft thing but here's what I've done to conclude that.

1) access the user trough the eng siteaccess "eng/content/edit/1258/10/eng-CA". the User information are shown. that's all right!
2) change the siteaccess in the url to french -> "fre/content/edit/1258/10/eng-CA". the User information are shown.
3) clear the draft version and the language -> "fre/content/edit/1258" . the User information aren't shown. bad....

so How can I access my user without specifying draft?
