Unicode support in ezpublish3 and ezpublish2

It allows many languages including japanese, chinese, arabic, etc. to be processed and displayed by computers. It is an open standard based on a two byte (sixteen bit) single character representation (instead of 8 or 7 bit used for ascii). ez3 also has translation services based on unicode.
