The approve workflow in the r2859 is BUGED !

Hi..

After running the svn up the workflow doesn`t not work any more, and I think the user_id is missing, this the dubeg :

I just tested it locally and there was no problems.
You have probably forgot to do some database updates, if you use the development version it's important that you read the changelog and follow up on new database changes (found in update/database/)
