Template editor?

If so, can someone suggest a good template editor to me? If not, which the best way to quick develop template is? I should create sites deeply customized in graphics and appeal (drop down client side menu, flash objects, java script effects, and so on...) Thanks in advance, Paolo

For templates we assign an html editor to .tpl files which gives a fair amount of syntax colouring over a file. Plugins are not too easy to write.... (if we had the time :)). Paul

We use the Eclipse editor (www.eclipse.org). It has lots of support for all manner of file types. For templates we assign an html editor to .tpl files which gives a fair amount of syntax colouring over a file. Plugins are not too easy to write.... (if we had the time :)).
