* Check your error logs
* clear all cache by deleting the content of var/cache and var/<site_name>/cache
* try to do a clean install on that server, the warnings / suggestions might help you

Thank for your answer,

I clean the cache like you tell several times, I want to say first that I was this problem http://ez.no/developer/forum/general/site_is_rendered_correctly_only_if_var_cache_is_empty on this after I edit my Template.ini by forcing charset to utf-8 now if I flush all caches and I recharge it works but after I have again white pages.

is that this has something to do with this bug http://issues.ez.no/IssueView.php?Id=8969 ?

Also, i will try a clean installation.

the first time I had two alerts :

1. AcceptPathInfo disabled or running in CGI mode
You need to enable AcceptPathInfo in your Apache config file, if you're using apache 2.x. If you're running apache 1.3, eZ Publish will not run in CGI mode.

2.Missing zlib extension
The zlib extension is not available to eZ Publish. Without it eZ Publish will not be able to install the demo data, however if you do not wish the demo data you can safely ignore this.

I informed the administrator who has installed.

Second time, the alert on AcceptPathInfo appear again, if i click on next i have a blank page.

What happens ?

"AcceptPathInfo disabled or running in CGI mode"

means that your current apache/php config is not supported by eZPublish.
Please check again with the admin, as he should be able to fix the problem given this message...
