Can anyone please tell me if this is possible without writing an extension to handle it. Using the XML field it is possible to place related objects into the field using the <object id='xx' /> tag, and when you display the contents the object tag is automatically processed and replaced according to the embed.tpl Is it possible to us the object tag with a PLAIN TEXT field and to still have eZ translate the <object id='xx' /> to the correct output? I need this functionality as I need to display an item mid text so looping through the nodes related objects will not work. And no I cannot use an XML field fullstop. Any ideas?? PS. Any solutions need to be done without hacking the ez code.
