Read access problem during get list of object

Following code: children=fetch( content, list, hash( parent_node_id, $node.node_id, sort_by, $node.sort_array, limit, $page_limit, offset, $view_parameters.offset ) ) generate 'Acess denied' exception. How can I get list all readable objects if folder contains not readable objects for current user ?

Inner folders assigned to different sections. User which try to fetch list of folders has permissions read,create and edit Folders and Articles from one of mentioned sections.

I have folder with some other folders which contains objects (Arcticles for example).
Inner folders assigned to different sections.

User which try to fetch list of folders has permissions read,create and edit Folders and Articles from one of mentioned sections.
