Problem with stale cache ?

Sometimes, when I publish an object (new or update), the system ignores the name of the object (it makes a blank name) and creates an odd urlalias (like <i>node_12345</i>) It only happens when I'm in cluster mode or with eZFS2FileHandler. When I go back in eZFSFileHandler, everything's OK Any idea ? Thanks
