Problem searching more fields in eZ publish 3.4.0

I have the necessity to make an advanced search that extracts all the nodes where the attributes called NAME and DESCRIPTION contain the string SEARCH_STRING_A and where the attribute LOCATION contains the string SEARCH_STRING_B. I'm using the extension personalSearch but the search is very slow because i have many nodes. Someone can help me? PLEASE!!!

Hi!
I've about 1000 nodes but i want to serch in 250 of them... but this value will increase in future.
