populate extisting users with mini site ? HELP

I have this problem: we have about 520 artists as registered users, but no pages [mini sites]. Each user needs to have a minisite with identical named mandatory pages: intro, exhibit, bio etc. We switches from static html pages [mini sites] for each artist to eZPublish, established the artists manually in a temp folder, then logged in as artist [user] to create a mini site and published, so that the user then is able to edit their pages. But it is impossible for us to create this for each user manually. Is there a global function, so that we could create those minisites for all registered users at once? I am desparate to find a solution. I need each existing user to get a mini site [empty pages] - all of these users need to have the exacts same structure of the minisite: currently all users are existing - but have no minisite. I have 1 test user as owner of a mini site. mini site has 7 pages this exact mini site needs to be created for each existing user. How can I globally create this 1 existing mini site for each existing [empty] user ? I am not very good at this, but do have someone that can do the code/class etc. if I just know how and what to tell him to do. I was hoping to be able to populate the existing users with that mini site. After each user has their mini site with the content empty pages, the users get notified by email with their login info, then they can go and create their own content, by simply using their existing html pages [in a totally different directory/not in eZ], copy and paste their content in to the eZ pages. I hope you have a suggestion, how to cretae those mini websites - because even if I create them manually for each user in admin, then they have no editing privilege by logging in to their mini site, because I am the owner automatically.
