Multilingual edition : Share attributes values between language ?

How would it be possible that certain attributes of an object would be common to every languages ? For example what about a reference datatype attribute ? Is it duplicated in each language ? Uhm great i didn't see there a simply a "desactivate translation" when editing a class attribute :)
