LDAP authenticated bind

Anyone else out there like that? I am using version 3.5.0 and have made some modifications to make the login (ezldapuser.php) and ldapusermanage.php work. I have also added some preferences to ldap.ini so that its not all hard coded :) In case anyone else needs this ...

Good improvement. Could you make a patch of it and add it as a bug/enhancement ?
