Internal links are stored in database?

The URLs are "stored" in ezurlalias_ml, but you won't find them as is, as the multilingual URL alias feature dynamically builds them depending on... a set of criteria ;) The easiest way would be to fetch your content using the API, and call the url_alias attribute.
