html form problem (/admin/form/process)

From the bottom of the page:

NOTE: this functionality was introduced in eZ publish 3.2 from revision 2954.

Svn is currently blocked for external use (http://ez.no/developer/ez_publish_3/forum/developer/taking_down_svn). Try using eZ publish 3.2 beta when it is released.
