How to make a installable linux distro with eZ?

It would be very nice to have a small distro containing just nessesary packages to run the portal. Could also use eZ to create a WEB-admin interface for the server. Any thoughts any one? It should at least have a lot of documentation on the subject. I agree it would be a nice thing to bundle a complete distro, maybe something like Knoppix which boots all you need, mostly without installing anything ? Knoppix can be found at http://www.knoppix.org .
