How to add many objects at once by a form?

What we would need some help with is to make a form that collects entered values and creates many content objects at once. Exampel: Donator: Ez publish ID number: automatic id number Computer: 34 Monitors: 41 Printers: 9 The result would be 34 computer, 41 monitor and 9 printer content object in the donation folder with ez publish as donator and its own id number.
