Don't need user class translation, how to disable it?

Problem 2: When user is create on French site, and try to edit is account on English site, ez publish shows only the detail without be able to edit. How can I force to users always be created in the main English language. P.S - all the attributes of the class as translation disabled...so why it ask to edit in other languages when there is nothing to translate? Thanks PiR
